Digital Marketing Campaigns Manager, Europe

We’re looking for a creative, self-starting and enthusiastic digital marketing campaigns manager to help build Trend Micro’s digital presence and drive demand across Europe. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and reporting on regional B2B marketing plans supporting brand awareness and lead acquisition strategy.

You will work across languages and cultures, supporting at least 13 markets in Europe. This is a cross-functional execution role, working in close collaboration with the European and Global marketing team.

  • Create regional integrated marketing execution plans containing objectives, content, tactics, and implementation schedules
  • Integrated marketing plans will address brand awareness and lead generation, including but not limited to virtual events/conferences, social media, SEM, syndication, display, email campaigns, nurturing programs, webinars, videos, podcasts, and retargeting tactics
  • Day-to-day implementation of the regional marketing plans, including campaign management, regular ROI analysis, program measurements and on-going optimisation
  • Create or localise content as necessary for execution of regional plans. This may involve copywriting or copy-editing to engage and inspire the audience, optimise user experience, and maximise conversion rates
  • Ensure in-depth knowledge of Trend Micro’s martech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, predictive analytics, and orchestration. Know how to integrate and leverage the tools for campaigns
  • Create emails, forms, distribution lists, GDPR compliant lead uploads, nurturing programs, landing pages etc. in collaboration with marketing operations and external agencies where necessary. Maintain the highest level of data quality within our database of customers and prospects
  • Work with agencies, European and field marketing colleagues to implement pan-European campaigns
  • Measure and report campaign performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Monthly analytics reporting, providing insight and action-oriented recommendations
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights; generate new and creative strategies


  • An online marketing professional with a minimum of five years experience and a proven track record of implementing and managing integrated European marketing campaigns
  • High level of creativity and ability to communicate ideas to teams and internal stakeholders across Europe
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and skillsets
  • Highly creative with a flair for creating, or leveraging existing content, that inform, engage, and nurture target audiences through the buyer’s journey
  • Solid knowledge of marketing automation platforms, closed-loop marketing and data-driven efforts; overall strong analytical skills
  • Self-starting and willing to take calculated risks to generate qualified prospects
  • Highly organised and able to manage own time with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presenting experience
  • Attention to detail with excellent editorial judgement, accuracy and sensitivity
  • Degree or a related field and B2B experience dersirable
